Can I change the style of the drop down menu to fit my color scheme? If so then how?
Also, is there a hack to re-arrange the Graemlins to fit in the left of this text box? If so, then how do I add more, and may I have a link to the mod.

The style of the drop down menu could be done via a CSS to be inserted into your header.
The graemlins should be done using the smilies mod. About moving it next to your text box, i think you should edit your template.
