A couple of mods that I didn't find are:

Allow Admins to specify not only date but minimum # (or Max #)of posts for the prune function.

Allow Admins access to the UBB in full when it is 'closed'. I normally have to shut down my UBB to move and delete threads as needed and It is annoying that you can not access the individual threads to see if they are or are not worth archiving or should be deleted based on the contents of that thread. It would be useful for the Admins to be able to view the threads even when the board is closed.

A Mass Move Utility that works like the Prune utility.
