When an admin logs in, would it be possible to add another link to;
» Hello, Whoever [ log out ]
to make it look like;
» Hello, Whoever [ Control Panel ] [ log out ]
would be nice
As for the Mod app form, I was thinking about a little form with fields like "What makes you think you could be a good mod for us?" and stuff, then they choose the forum they wanna mod (and possibly a backup forum, just incase they can't mod their first selection)
Then they submit the application, which can then be viewed in the control panel, with a checkbox for an admin to agree to their application and auto add them to the mod list...
just a thought...
I'd do it myself but I don't know much about cgi...
