An idea came to me.

If a user has done something bad, but usually is a semi good member, you could hide their avatar, rank, stars, disable there sigs, etc.

This hack would work in conjuntion with the current avatar and rank hacks. It would hide there avatar, and give them a random bad rank. (like "bad user" "sir spamalot" "bad boy" or somethin) Then their sigs would be disabled. This would be a hack in its self.

This is kinda like public mockery or somethin. It would make the bad user not wanna do this again.

And the ubb would auto give him his stuff back after a set incrament.

sorry but this seems like a childish idea

why not just track their Ip and hunt them down to give them a little spanking. I'm sure after that they will learn not to do it again. I mean if you want to punish them just disable them to post.

Yes, show them who you are ! Punish them by hiding their avatar!

Or you could just turn off their posting rights for a given amount of time :rolleyes:
