As I see, nobody is planning to make a karma hack. So can someone modify the ubb user ratings that only admins and mods can rate users? I think that it would be easier than karma hack and it will do almost the same thing. I don't know how to modify, but I guess this is easier than making a karma hack.

yes, that is a good idea, although why not have both? just duplicate the code and adapt the second part of it to serve as the karama mod
