I´m looking for a way to allow admins to add new members from CP, even if public registration is disabled.
Is there a hack for this task ? Think that would be really helpful !

optionally you could turn on regis briefly,
log out...then reg the new user...so long as you have a username and mail addy...then send them the info and go log back on and turn regis back off.
is a method that works for me.
some days you are the mosquito,
and somedays you are the winshield...
