Is there a MOD which lets ONLY registered users to view a forum, rather than having the moderator give them permission..for example a site has competitions and only for the members...and doesn't want any other non-member to even view the forum contents.. please please..anyone

Use the Control Panel / Primary Setting and make your forum Member-access only .

freetv thanks for that, but doesn't the forum CP only allow POSTING/REPLYING restrictions.. i still couldn't find how i can make one category ONLY MEMBER viewable ... so no one can even look in..or something ...
