Would this be hard?
Add a control panel feature within the email list building options that allows you to build the list on the option of who has access to which forum?
For example john is a member of a gaming clan.. they have public and private forums, has has to be GIVEN access to those private forums. NOW.. based on that the admin wishes to send everyone that has access to those private forums a mass mailing. Currently there is no option for private board access mail list builder doohickee.
Assuming that's possible, could it also generate the list with the same options the current builder does.. as a big list, or separated by commas? AND.. could it add there board name in paranthesis next to there email address as an option.. for example.

[email protected](Mr.Evilpants),
[email protected](HotLatinoFreak)
etc, etc...
