the posting icons are a bit big, and the main logo is a bit small. in general, i try to do about 90x30 for the icons, and 550x120 or so for the logo. ------------------

I completely agree! Busy, overly complex images are only a distraction. Keep it simple. For canned image examples that other people can use...especially. Basic colors as well. But, always make sets for sites that have bright and dark backgrounds.
