I just thought of this seconds ago looking through templates forum. If someone could create a hack using Travis's Custom Layout Bar and Skorpions Compact Header/Footer to be turned on/off through Control Panel--> Style Templates.

That would be hard It would require modifying every single template file AGAIN. It would be kewl if someone made it .. just would be alot of hacking.
