Would it be possible to have a mod that does something similar to the release section of www.isonews.com ?

Something that would allow members to upload files to a certain dir on the server, and be able to input descriptions for those files. Then have it output to a page instantly.
Also to avoid just anyone uploading stuff could it be controlled by admins who has the right to upload?

Just an idea, what do you guys think?

I was looking for something more like a file listing not a photo album.
However, I will give it a look and see if I can modify it for what I had in mind.

If you can't get it modified, just ask me and I'll tell you how. My freind that I run a board with modified it so people could only upload ZIP folders, I could ask him to make it anything if that's what you need.
