Help! I'm looking for a news content manangement mod for my Web site...

I've seen several Web sites where the news somehow tie into UBB so that admins can post/update news easily as well as discuss news topics.

I will give you two Web sites that do what I'm looking for:

pocketPCpassion
http://www.wiredguy.com.

As you will see, the Web admin(s) can manage news easily and offer users the ability to discuss the topics in a UBB forum.

I would appreciate ANY help on this! Thanks.

One site is using ubb 5.x version and the second is using ASP not UBB.
