Check the database, very easy hack.
Or the avatar hack, check same place.
Do you want to put images for all members or just a couple of members?

only certain people! not every one. and i dont want them to be able to put something under there name only a admin can do that. what hack should i use? or how would i do this?

Ooops, forgot to add that you would modify public_topic_page.pl form the hack.

The avatar does allow you to have certain images for certain people, however, unless you do some editing with it, everyone can have an avatar chosen by themselves.

Use the stars hack that Metallifukinca suggested.
