My dream hack would be an add-on to qasic's avatar hack.. Right now, i do all the custom avatars for my members so that i can be sure they won't be too large etc.
I saw one add on that lets members use a URL, but there is no maximum size, and very few free services like geocities allow people to post images on other servers anyway, so there would be tons of broken images..
Also, i don't want it to be a fixed height width for all avatars (cuz not all pics are square so it warps them), i just wish i could say "no wider than 180 pixels but anything less is fine" , and allow the members to upload the files to my server themselves... cuz i have over 500 members now and it's just too much work to resize and upload their pics myself..
I hope somebody will consider this
