Sometimes a user wants to change their password because they have forgotton it, or change their email address. If they can't remember their password and have sinced changed their email address they are stuck. I would like to be able to enter their username into the CP and simply change the username or password from there.
Dexter - not sure I understand what you mean about changing it in the member files, are you suggesting I manually edit the member list. This is not how I wanted to do it. There are several hacks that meet my requirements but none of the links from this BBS work
