How many of you would be interested in me porting it to 6.1??

Is that the hack that allows mods and admins to add a little something extra in their profiles? If not go for it man!

I tried this back in like 6.03.. Too confusing for me.. :DI say go for it, I've wanted to see this hack for UBB6 for a while. Good luck.

No. For some weird reason if you have a smilie near the end of the bracket it deletes it. Weird Huh?

Yea, I am looking at it and it's basically updating the subs and making the variables work with the way the style templates are now. Not to hard.

I've been working on this for quite some time, I'm closer than ever now.

I *DO* have it finished, well almost....

The only problem I seem to be faced with, is how to make it show what forums they moderate. If you can help with this, Tech-Ni-Kal, I'd be more than willing to accept.

But I do have it showing the mods and admins!

Whoa, I totally forgot about this thread.

Well I've been thinking about how the old hack, had the extra fields for mods and admins to add stuff to their profile. I think we should add this to it as well.

I'm no perl expert, not even by a long shot. So bare with me.

Also I've set up a test board of the v5 board, and will be looking at what features the v5 hack had, and what we can do to improve them.

Do you have AIM, or ICQ Tech-Ni-Kal? I'm too lazy to check your profile as I write this.

I'll be working on some of the features in the mean time.

I guess I will tell you what I was thinking before I go to sleep.

We will definately have it so they can post info in their profile if they are an admin/mod. And then we will just make a cgi file that calls that stuff. Then we can easily put a thing on a thread file which will take us to ?ubb=team and then they will click on one of the members and it will look for:

?ubb=team&0000012

or something like that. Talk to you whenever you IM/ICQ me.

I asked Tech-Ni-Kal to port this to 6.1, but i didn't had enough time to port it to 6.1 due to my exams. But don't worry, i'm currently working on a UBB 6.2 version of this hack. All i can say about it is that the ubb=team page is not far from being completed, and then gonna work on the profile fields.
