I thought a great idea for a mod, would be instead of ranking by post, rank people by their karma, so if they are bad their rank goes down, because of - Karma, so it encourages members to be good, rather than spaming

yeah that would be pretty cool. I like the one where mods or admins can give certain members rewards.
