I wanted to know if any plans on making this mod for 6.1.

When someone registers and the notice is sent to the admin (if it's enabled) - the registration notice would also include the person's IP address in the e-mail. I know it's probably only one or two lines but I'm not exactly sure where to add it.

I think this would be useful to keep trolls away and such.

Why do you need it ?

try to copy it from old code, there are already some pre-made subroutines.

i think thats a good idea also i would (i bet its already been done) like to see there ip in the members area in the CP so when you search for a member you get there ip in the stats aswell

but i would really like to see this hack if anyone could be bothered

hi on another note is it possable to have an ip log in the cp so we could use it to search for members like the way you can search for member numbers (00000001) etc

that would be so cool if there ip showed up in there profiles when we look at them in the cp

This hack is no longer required, and will actually cause problems... Please do not use it. You can add the user IP to any outgoing email by adding %%IP_ADDRESS%% to the Wordlet via the control panel.
