this would be a very handy mod in my opinion....
in the control panel in the forum summary where u can view the details about the forums and delete them and change the category etc it would be very handy if an extra column was added which had a checkbox which allowed you to delete multiple forums at once
doing this would be fairly simple the only major hurdle would be to make sure the confirmation dont appear to delete the forum
anyone get what i mean?

I get what you mean, but installing such a hack would take more time then just deleting all of the forums by hand
