Is there a hack or a way in which a link to a page could show the top posters in a forum. See it on www.planetplastica.com and thought I might be able to find out how.

in cinjunction with the new ulimtatebb.php there is a way to code a php script, I did this and it works great.

use the memberslist. I still use the old 6.x version which works. Though DPK is coding for 6.1 final. There's an option on there with top 25 or so posters(i'm pretty sure this is editable through cp).

Is there a standalone script for Top 10/25/whatever? As one of Infopop's beta testers, I'm not allowed to hack my software, so I'm looking for a solution that does not involve hacking my software.
Furthermore, I don't need all the userlist stuff, is there just a Top 10 script? There used to be one many moons ago, but I've lost that one.

you could adapt the ML to do this... just peel back all the stuff you don't need... one hasn't been done yet tho

Joe, Hmm .. I know a top 10/25 posters can be done easily without hacking but for a large board, it's just going to sink down the CPU in load without putting hooks into ubb_lib_posting.cgi  qasic

qasicBump again. I've still never seen this as a standalone. Well, that's not totally correct. There used to be one ages ago. I lost it in a server crash, and have never found a standalone one again. I don't want all the memberlist stuff, just a standalone one that I can run at will.
