Well, I think I am about ready to get input from people on what, if any new features should be integrated into Memberlist for UBB 6.1+. If there is anything you want to see or have improved from the UBB 6.0 version of the mod, yell at me here and I'll make a note of it. Cheers

Sort by title (Admin, Mod, Member, J. Member), click on the title to sort instead of in the select box, ie.

Sort by Custom Fields. Not too much work to add yourself, but would be nice if it were built-in.
(Scientists) are apolitical, supposedly, like civil servants--empiricists, who only wanted things managed in a rational scientific style, the greatest good for the greatest number, which ought to be fairly simple to arrange, if people were not so trapped in emotions, religions, governments, and other mass delusional systems of that sort.

I think it would be nice to be able to disallow some people to be in the top poster count. And maybe have a top poster of the day feature...

Like I said in the other topic, if some users spam to be in the Top 25, just ban them or set their posting count to -30000.

heheheh Yes, the ability to sort by most fields are a great idea. One way to do that (and is something I've seen on my bank acct) is to make the titles for each column as links to their own sort function. Say you click on the title for the number of posts column and it sorts the listings by number of posts - most to least, click on the title for the location column and is sorts the listings alphabetically, click on the AIM field and it sorts putting those with AIM intros at the top, etc... You could then remove the drop-down sort box from the top to clean up the interface some

There was a hack like that in 6.0 I saw a board with 6.05 with the average hack. I was wondering where they got that.

what about... just an idea tell me to shut up if ya like. you see in our posts we have avatars, email, ip logged icon, well what about if we have an icon for top poster and the top poster for the month has a icon next to his name or anywhere in the post profile and we can click on it and it takes us to the top poster page which tells us who is the top poster for what month with what ever stats you see fit like i said tell me to shut up if ya like ;P

Would be nice to also have an option on the signup page not to be listed to the general public but allow admins to always be able to see the entire list.

Läßt sich vielleicht noch ohne viel Aufwand das persönliche Pic einbinden aus dem AvatarHack ? So wie AIM und ICQ.... Müßte doch durch das blank.gif machbar sein denn wer keins hat da wird halt nix angezeigt Oder falls nicht über den AvatarHack dann halt das persönliche Bild, die Option hat UBB ja von Hause aus drinne.
