I have been looking for this mod for a while now.
its like a tournament type of mod where members can vote on who win the tournament and also you can request to chalenge someone by clickin on a icon which will allow you to page them
and also on the forum page it will show you who won that tournament

here is an example of it
you will see some of it but you have to register to see the rest.

looks like custom work, quite nicely done actually. the closest thing your going to find "premade" is the polls hack.
