Greetings. I found a chat program written in php , it's very simple, but I just love the way it doesn't flicker your screen, now if someone could make it compatible with UBB, I think it'd be great, since it resides in your server and there's no need to sign up to any service. It's call develooping chat (not a typo!), I tried looking at the code myself, but I'm just not experienced enough for the task. If anybody would like to take this up I think it'd truly be the answer to a lot of people's problems with other chat programs and UBB. I can email interested parties the zip file containing the script, it runs on flash by the way. Happy holidays
I'm on a unix server, it works great, I'm not an expert (of course), but I'd check the php version you have in your server to make sure is compatible, I think it's php3 that is needed. I'd be willing to tryit out if there was any hack available for it, since I have a website that I'm not using at this point,,,I could use it to experiment . Happy holidays
