i was wondering if there was any way of haveing a frame at the top of every page not a table so that the pages in the forum would load in the lower frame and you would be able to play music or something in the top frame is there something i could add to my headder?

just get an external frames page, and tell one of the frames to point to your UBB

use javascript to force a frame or do like pumpkin says which is easy to do and make a frame page with the bottom frame sourced for your board and the top frame some other page with the music or whatever.
