I just installed 6.2 and under every link the link is under lined. Isnt it supose to underline while you hove ryour mouse over it. Well for some odd reason everything is under lined and it doesn't look right. Does anyone no what i can do to fix this problem i am having.

Well, I am not a specialist at this, but did you check your Style Template?
The Header Insert should have the following:
[code][/code]
Yors Truly
Who? Me? Worry?
