I HOPE this has been posted before.

I'm running UBB 6.2.1 on my site, and I'm getting tons of complaints about people having to go into their profile to check their private messages.

I really think there should be a place on the main page that has a private message alert. Like on the old 5.47 hack I used to have installed.

Also, on the main forum menu, I really think there should be a link to the buddy list. Not the full thing, just a pop-up window. The window would be about 150x400 px's, and would have every name on your buddy list as a link. When you click on a link, it would close the window and cause the parent browser to go to a page where a PM is ready to be sent to person who's name you just clicked.

Does anyone understand where I'm coming from?

Everything else about 6.2.1 is awesome.

Eh? Just throw a link somewhere pointing to peoples' buddy lists and make it open in a new window.

O.K., so i've got it up and running, but to tidy it up, i want to add, on the RIGHT side of the table, the "Welcome Newest Member" line. I can find "$RegisteredMemberLine" but i can't find a corresponding one for the NEWEST Member...any help???

Peace,
Bodhi
