That is coming in maybe 6.3-6.5 or so as an extension of the security group, but can be done as a modification before then. We do that presently with polls, you have to be a full member to be able to vote... keeps people from signing up new names just to run the vote up.
I don't think our "partners" have leeched many scripts from us, but they have been known to use our graphics.
