on the main site of ubbdev on the right, there is a list of the latest post made on the forum, where can i get it from ??

You should also have that link on the front page of your messageboard.
I know that there is a way to place it with the profile, register, search, et al, links (I think it's been discussed in the templates forum), but I haven't gotten it to work yet.
So I've done it the "poor man's" way and installed the link into my template's headers.
The URL is http://yourwebdomain/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_daily
You'd put your web domain address in the first section, and how you set up your cgi bin in the second.
For example, at my site, it would be http://adwoff.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_daily

Try to look for hack, called "Latest threads" in 6.1 section. As far as i remember i downloaded it there. 
I think this hack is better than the way to list latest messages ADWOFF offered, cause in the hack there are a lot of fetures to customize (for example fields to show, grafics, message summary and so on). Try to search for it.
