Charles, In the upcoming release, can you guy do something about the decline member. If we decline a member, make sure the script will not keep their info such as email and stuff. Last time i do a mass email to all member and assume that it only sent to all the current member but it turn out, they sent to all (include those that i delcline before.)

Declined members are NOT deleted - and as we dont' keep track of their status once out of the queue, we can't search for declined members after the fact...... Not much can be done about this besides routinely pruning out users that lack write permission.
