Not sure if anyone else has created this or requested it.
Might be a good idea for some people on dialup to not have to download everyones signatures and signature pics.. it could be an option in their Profile to not display signatures.
i may look at creating it myself.. i'm a ubb hack newbie though.
or if someone else wants to.. go right ahead.

Doing it is trivial.
Doing it in a way that doesn't break the cache, on the other hand, isn't.
