This is just a long shot, but someone recently did something where he got my account password and hacked my UBB. I'm wondering if theres a way to make it where certain people can only log in from one computer...

Hmmm...that would be hard to do. You'd have to rely on something like an IP address, but then most ISP's are DHCP, so that rules it out.

Also, having HTML enabled does expose you to more risk.
