Is there an Anchor Hack for 6.3.1 that I can use? I looked around and only found one for 6.1.

you mean the hack that takes you back to 'your' post when replying to a thread? if so.. that was implemented into 6.3.1 and there is no need for this hack.

No like say I click on a topic on the forum index and it's 3 pages long. I want it to take me to the last page and last post.

you can do that easily from the control panel. find it in General Display Settings under Topic Display Options there is an option to reverse posting order. That will take you to the last post first. I hope this helped.
