Is there a hack or could someone generate a way to facilitate the location of posts containing Polls? Either an easy way to locate via a Search Modification (or URL link perhaps) or maybe even an additional page that lists all Polls regardless of Forum with a link in the Menu (similar to Calendar)

The poll data files in the Polls directory contain their forum and topic of origin. A tool could easily be developed to read this data and provide a list of polls.

Polls shoud be enhanced a little bit more. It would be nice to use a UBB poll on a homepage or any other pollscript that be able to access the UBB user db. This would be another step to use UBB like a portal system
