Hi,
I have a small script running which I want to connect to my UBB. Users have to log in to that script but I want to use the UBB Member files for that. I dont want to import them every day, so I thought if it is possibe for UBB to create both the new files in the members directory and write the username und password to a mysql-database.
How would that be possible ?

It would probably be better for your system to work directly with the UBB member files - that way you can keep upgrading your board without needing to worry about breaking the rest of your site...

Yes, I tried that, but I will store every data of the other program in the mysql database. It also has a separate login, so I need a "copy" of the member name and password :-(

Integrating MySQL and UBB is no small task. How you tried to setup a CRON job that runs your script daily or hourly to handle the imports? ...Steven Hostboard.com Doing what NO other UBB in the world is doing. The first & only production UBB powered by MySQL.
