This is my 3rd time asking this question with no answer, so I'm going to try it again. Regarding the PM Inbox MOD Hack, is it possible to have it flashing (any color) when a forum member has a private message awaiting them? I saw this on a vBulletin forum. And if it is possible to do this with UBB, how do you do it?

"And if it is possible to do this with UBB" Yes. "how do you do it" You wait a few weeks for version 6.5 to come out. It will be already built in and you won't have to hack it anymore.
Picture perfect penmanship here.

Rather than wait for v6.5 (wasn't v6.4 released on 12/06/2002?), can someone post the MOD hack? Or email it to me at Gargoyles.Requests@Netzero.Net.

I guess you could always use the blink command, but it would only be useful for Netscape, which has lost the browser war...

Actually... http://phoenix.pleh.net/blinker.js That script can be used to emulate the blink effect... Simply create a with a class of "blink".
UBB.classic: Love it or hate it, it was mine.

How do I apply the blinker.js file? Do I have to edit any UBB file(s)? If so, which ones? And what will I have to put in the script(s)? Chu Lee
