I might be totally "out there" but why are'nt any options to bookmarks discussions that you like. Can someone create a function for members to bookmark a discussion so it's easy to find it again (maybe on the "my profile" page?)
I thought about something like this awhile back. A "My Favorites" located in your profile that allows you to add quick links back to threads you want to stay on top of.
