i tried to post a flash object in a post on my forum and it said
'object tag not allowed'
where do I find that code to remove it??

The object tag is prohibited because it presents a major security concern. Even the posting of Flash files is a major problem, as Flash can execute arbritary Javascript.
Do not attempt to disable the security filters.
