This was a BAD explanation, here´s a better one that i posted in the XMB support forums. I guess this will have to include some kind of uploadhack. Thoughts, ideas?

Scenario:
I have several different projectleaders who want to establish a web-based "project catalogue" with all our ongoing projects.
I was thinking about using a forumsoftware for this. The functions they wish are:
Ability to discuss the projects.
Ability to attach files (several files, not just only one)
When posting the information about the projects, some fields in the post should be required, example
Project Name
current/closed project
type of project
etc etc
And those fields must be searchable.
My thoughts - could you add some required fields when pressing "post new topic" (eg "more subject-fields") and make them searchable.
And maybe remove all smilies and icons and stuff which perhaps aren´t suitable for a project catalogue.
If this isn´t possible with XMB, can you suggest some other webbased software which could do the job.
