Hey everyone, i'm pretty new to all this ubb hackign stuff, but it's addicting! I recently started up a board for my band. I am using the freeware 2000a version. Why pay for when you can hack it?

Here are the hacks i used:

1. changed colors and graphics manually (looks way better than the stock version)
2. edit/close/open thread
3. homepage icon
4. edit post
5. closed icon when thread is closed
6. flaming folder for popular topics
7. last post by in forumdisplay.cgi

I'm going to try and implement the following pretty soon, if you want to check back:

1. ICQ hack
2. AIM hack
3. IP logging hack (when it's out)
4. Stars, Title hack
