The biggest tip and the most simple one is to never give up. Every one of my friends has tried it for about 3 hours, complained that it was too hard, and then gave up. This place is awesome for teeaching you things... http://www.virtual-fx.net/tutorials.htm Good luck

To be honest, i don't like colors all that much on your board.
Striped bg makes it hard to read things like An Open Thread ( More than 15 replies).
Blue is hard to read on dark blue..

Actually I would say that despite the stripes and all of that, the flash integration with the normally text links into onmouseover images is quite genious.
How does on do this with plain html?

Wel all of the links in that area are flash, its not that hard, you just find the spot where you want to put in your stuff, then place the flash code in there.
Too bad you werent able to place flash in your header, oh well, it worked out fine this way...
If I had a dollar for all the times I bought a cheeseburger...I would probably go out and buy more cheeseburgers...

i could have done the flash better, but that would mean more load time for the flash. It gets its point out...
