Looks nice. Very clean.
The copyright color is VERY light, though... it is probably bordering on too light. I am not sure of the actual legal cut-off, but you may want to darken it just a little bit.

Thanks for the feedback. Why would the copyright color matter? The copyright is implied without having to be explicitly stated, isn't it? - Brian, who's waiting for 6.02 to be released before he goes hack crazy

You are legally required by the UBB license agreement to have a normal visible copyright. I had to look pretty close to see it.
