like tech said, here goes...
1. you need a forum logo.
need one. you need something that will remind people what site they're at. how are they going to remember to visit your site if it looks like every other black and blue site on the net?
2. integrate your who's online into your main table
somewhere. bottom, top, anything other than floating.
3. what's up with the starfield background image? is this an astronomy site, or a gaming site?
4. your bulbs are good, i like 'em.
5. like everyone else said, what's with the overline mouseover effect? ditch that,
please!
6. consolidate, consolidate, consolidate your forums. notice how there's about 6 or 7 forums with 0 posts? that's not good!
7. a small thing, but fix your timezone wording. right now, it says 'cst'. you want it to say 'CST'.
8. get more colors. not so much to the point that you're using all shades of the rainbow, but some different shades of blue would do a body good.
9. look at your 'go' button. what's that? you couldn't see it either? that's because it blends in too well with your background. change the colors on it so you can actually see it.
10. last but not least, upgrade! oh, and get a forum logo. did i already say to get a logo?...
