--lightbulbs look pretty good
--need to add a graphic header
--maybe make it look more like your own creation <-- just a thought
--work on colors [too much black and blue, make various shades of blue]
--problems with the table in forum page .. it looks weird.. [same thing with thread page]
All I can say is it needs alot of work .. but otherwise pretty good.

f2s used to be a nice service (long time ago), I even used to host my site there, but it goes down quite often these days.
