Um.... I believe it may be against trademark law to use the "ubbdesign.com" address. The UBB product name is a trademark of Infopop, and you're most likely not allowed to use it without their permission. I would make sure you've got Infopo's clearance on that address before continuing.
You've also removed/changed Infopop's copyright, which i KNOW is not legal. Please replace the original copyright notice asap!

So i wouldnt be able to get a domain like "www.davidsubb.com" without asking for infopop's permission? just wondering

As I said, UBB is a trademarked name. Just to be on the safe side, it's always best to check with the company that owns the trademark.

Well, UBB may do that. Though this doesn't have to do with UBB or Infopop, the WWF sued a site which had "wwf" in the URL name. Who knows what Infopop would do if a URL had "Ubb" in it?
