After a very few weeks, and about 593 changes, I'm feeling like I'm on the right track......My home page is a match for the forums and it's pretty much done being hacked...for now.

Nice forums, lots of green. You should change your main font to Tahoma on your page. I think it would match. And also, display your moderator column. It looks neater.

Otherwise, the header is excellent and the forums are looking good. Keep it up!

Looks good, Try to use a better colour for you tables because the background is Green and lighter so It doesn't look that good. Other than that great forums.

Everytime I change something, I see 10 other things that need fixed....I'm doing all the "little" gfx things now....

First thing I noticed was ur Tables arent all exactly the same length. Not sure if you are working on this or not.

If you mean the front page, this is the one that I built originally and I'm trying to figure out how to integrate it with the board...

Which tables are you refering to? If I need to fix em, I'll get straight on it.

They are all 95% wide, and seem okay to me, but I look at it too long everyday "fixing" things....

The top table where the log in/out is, and your Icon Legend table.

Just looked at it at higher resoultions and it looks fine. But on 800 x 600 the tables aren't perfect..

If I were you, I would change the Folder and Message Icon columns to be a little smaller. Maybe about 3%. It would look better. I swear.

Also, you aren't very consistent on where the my profile | register etc. links are. Sometimes they are in tables, sometimes they aren't. I suggest put them in a table for every public_*.pl template. Also figure out a way to be able to put ICQ with the rest of the icons. Homepage and Profile etc.

I have been asking arouond for a way to do that with the ICQ flower, but I haven't had any luck yet. It appears to grab the gif from icq.com and I already have the graphic ready for it, if I can figure out how to make it use my graphic. I agree with the bar issue being in tables on some pages, and I will work on getting it consistent.

Okay, a lot of your suggestions were extremely valid, and I've made a lot of changes....

I'm still stuck on the ICQ .gif issue, and I've removed a lot of the green, but I'm still stuck on some of the color scheme...

I have managed to get the gradient bar/cosmetic links in the same place in nearly every page (I didn't know there were so many) so if you have a minute could you have another look...You're opinions don't fall on deaf ears...
