Get new lightbulbs, for starters. Those REALLY don't look good against black backgrounds...
Only other thing, is the light blue doesn't match the black/dark/purple colors very much when it's used like that. I see that you're trying to add it as a highlight to match the buttons/screens of the fones in your logo. Might I suggest making the blue the link color, and going with another purpleish or grayish color for the table cells...
Looks good otherwise.

The logo and the lightbulbs still have some anti-aliasing problems on the black background.
And having a publically viewable link to your control panel is just about the stupidest thing you could possibly do! It's just inviting some idjit to start trying to guess your password and cause havoc...
