I can't read any of it.  Your site looks good I like the colors and layout. The board is nicely incorporated into your site. Good job. You have quite a few hacks added. Some of them, like the topic rating, are well done. I'm not fond of the dropdown moderators hack so I won't comment about how I'd remove it. Overall, nice, clean and fresh.

I personally dislike frames and moving topics, and you block access without the frame  I suggest you to change it if you want more users.

I've never been a big fan of frames, either. The board itself looks pretty good (minus the mod drop-down hack -- I agree with Stilgar).
