Hey all, A newbie here, and am looking for suggestions on how to make my boards better. I am quite new at this and have seen some killer boards here. This is my attempt at it so far. DeepStage Thanks for your time and input in advance. You folks here are awesome. And a special Thanks to Bookie.

My eyes hurt! After the dark BG at the top, then scrolling down to a shining white board, it makes your eyes water! try toning down the whiteness of the board itself.
