Do you have another license for this board? This board is pretty nice (but 98 forums for 24 members?!  ), is there any difference between this one's templates/cgi files to your other board?

I just think you should have 14 different forums:
Anime, Announcements, Books, Celebrity Chat, Computers, Creativity, Final Fantasy, Gaming
General, Movies, Music, Sports, Television and Wrestling / E-Fed

Overkill, much? Honestly, it's rather a waste of a second license if you ask me... Especially considering you're using basically the exact same look and feel in both boards. Why not combine them into one and not waste the extra 200 bucks?
And like LK said, 98 forums for 24 members?! There's something to be said for the phrase "You can't please all the people all the time"...

This boards purpose is to be a board for all to get away. The other board is a support board for the site.
