Here's my UBB, with some changes.

gameoverDude.com Forums

Some stuff that I've done to it:
* Deleted some forums. With only 125 members I thought this would be a good move.

* Modified the topic summary pages (the Edit Post/Profile/Homepage etc. buttons are at the RIGHT rather than the top, and the poster information is at the top by the username).

* Had Qasic install the Custom Ranks and Avatars.

I've also pruned some posts. There were some pretty old ones on there and I thought it'd be best to take them out.

Please take a look and tell me what you think- constructive criticism is welcome. Thanks.

The colors are not bad. They are warm and comfortable.

The header ad is very large. If it is a "must have" so be it, but if it isn't, I'd remove/move it. Maybe an ad on the side would be better? Kind of like that. ==>

Your buttons need a lot of help. You have at least 4 different types throughout your forum. Try to find one that you like and use it everywhere.

Overall, great start. You have a lot of potential to have a solid community.

Oh... could you please change your signature image? Our size limits we like to use here are 50x150 MAX.
See this post for more details.

Thanks!

NOT THAT BIG AD IN THE SIDE wink If you can resize it, I think it might be ok to leave it at the top. But only if you can.

I don't like the new/old indicators in forum summary, and I don't think the width (700) should be pre-defined, as there is a reason I'm using 1280x1024 - to see more.

Well I'm using 1600x1200 and I think with UBB's it's sometimes a problem - even the dynamic width creates some strange views. It always depends on the length of the last posted topic etc.

BTW, I think the gameoverdude.com board is too colorful wink

some questions are better left unasked ...

the new message indicators are like a bad banner add. They flash way too fast. I hate stuff that's all in your face like that...

i thought the boards were a little narrow myself.
